Lead ResFrac\'s outside-the-simulator product & technology portfolio. ResFrac optimizes operators\' return on investment by providing the E&P industry\'s only genuinely coupled hydraulic fracturing, wellbore, geomechanics, and reservoir simulator. ResFrac is used by operators of all types, from small independents to supermajors, and has been applied across every major Western Hemisphere shale play, including Permian, Eagle Ford, Bakken, SCOOP/STACK, D-J/Niobrara, Utica, Marcellus, Montney, Haynesville, and Vaca Muerta, as well as various conventional and unconventional assets around the world. ResFrac is also the leading simulator for enhanced geothermal systems. A single ResFrac simulation can encompass the entire development lifecycle, from fracturing through production. Because ResFrac describes multiphase flow, fracture reopening, and fracture propagation, ResFrac can model complex sequences such as parent/child fracturing and production (with detailed description of frac hits), refracs, and solvent injection / huff and puff. This enables ResFrac users to quantitatively optimize all aspects of frac design, such as landing zone, well spacing, parent-child relationships, cluster spacing, fluid volume, proppant volume, fluid type, proppant type, refracturing, and enhanced oil recovery.
