Rio Tinto India is a Shared Service Centre which supports Rio Tinto Group across the globe. Rio Tinto India has primarily 4 divisons i.e, Procurement to Pay (P2P), ESPS (Payroll), Finance & Accounting (FAS) and Central Support. Within Central Support division there are various sub-departments such as Strategy, Risk Control & Compliance, Business Improvements. I am part of Risk, Control & Compliance team which oversees the main three process cycles (P2P, ESPS, FAS). Currently, I am handing the P2P\'s Risk, Control & Compliance function for the Rio Tinto Group.
