I specialize in leading platform and product organizations through growth, transformation, and operational excellence.Over the course of my career at AWS, I grew from engineering into senior leadership, ultimately owning multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolios and leading global teams of 450+. I’ve launched new services from the ground up, turned around customer-facing products to exceed platform growth rates, and built end-to-end governance strategies for some of AWS’s most critical services. Along the way, I’ve expanded operations into new sites, reshaped teams for new phases of growth, and delivered results in highly complex, high-ambiguity environments.I operate with deep technical ownership while staying focused on business outcomes. I move quickly when needed, invest long-term when it matters, and lead with clarity, candor, and customer obsession.
