As a Client Relation Dir, I serve by engaging in client development activities such as initial client qualification, identifying potential opportunities for both traditional and non traditional staff augmentation, establishing contact relationships, identifying national/third party/vendor on premise opportunities, etc. Regularly have meetings with my clients face to face at client locations to obtain and/or close agreements for services. Work closely and advise clients on human capital strategy and solutions to ensure clients are well poised and set to meet their deliverables, initiatives and projects. Also responsible for facilitating development of professional service agreements (including negotiating terms when necessary) between Kforce and clients. Participate in interviews for new associates for our internal team as well as ramping up and training new associates.
