She spent her childhood admiring her stepfather\'s custom-built homes and saw the joy it would bring to his clients. From that, she knew from a young age that real estate was her passion. Kay started in 2013 working for a local luxury real estate developer and has since been a full-time real estate advisor in Philadelphia.Kay takes pride in to really listening to her client\'s needs. Whether she\'s guiding first-time homebuyers or out-of-towners to their perfect enclave or collaborating with sellers to make their property stand out, clients rave about her resourcefulness and extensive knowledge of the Philadelphia market. Kay understands that real estate is a deeply personal process, so she\'s devoted to giving every client her undivided attention and care.When Kay is not working hard for her clients, she is enjoying all of the amenities of her favorite neighborhood, East Passyunk, with her daughter, husband, and dog, cooking a Sunday dinner for friends & family, or taking her road bike to the Schuylkill River Trail. Kay and her husband recently renovated their first home together so there is always a fun home project to complete as well! Kay was the President of the American Marketing Association at the La Salle University Business School, Vice President of her sorority, and a Division 1 Cheerleader.
