About Caitlyn McCall

I am a graduate of the Tickle College of Engineering at the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a degree in Chemical Engineering degree with a minors in reliability and maintainability, material science and engineering, and the Heath Integrated Business and Engineering Program. I have always been a high acheiver and fullfilling my responsibilities is one of my strengths. In my position as a Resident Assistant at the University of Tennessee, I always met my deadlines and the expectations of my superiors. I was selected to be a Resident\'s Assistant because of my ability to build connections and relationships amongst colleagues and residents. Having an understanding of how to react to people\'s emotions and finding a solution to their problems has become very useful to me. I continue to build connections within my position in Theta Tau (a professional engineering fraternity) through building rapport within the community of the fraternity. The position of Treasurer I have held within my fraternity has allowed for me to be able to use my input skills with my love for random facts and knowledge being useful quite often. I plan to continue this leadership during my time as AIChE’s secretary within the 20••••24 school year. Looking at information and evaluating what to do next allows for me to use my innovation to discover what is best. Problem solving is utilized for me a lot in a similar way.
