ABOUT CAITLYN GREFFLY FELETAR
Somewhere between \'frontend engineer\' and \'de facto product manager\' is where I do my best work. I built a data-heavy greenfield product from scratch for The Motley Fool as the sole frontend engineer in its first year, making every call from UX to architecture with no PM, no designer, and a lot of ambiguity. It\'s now a core part of the company\'s product suite serving over half a million members.I recently led an overhaul of the main dashboard page for Fool IQ. I gathered feedback from users and stakeholders, scoped work, created prioritized Jira tickets with technical details, collaborated with design, and used my suite of AI agents to get the project shipped to production quickly. The result was a faster, more intuitive page with faster load times, stronger visual clarity, and a significant reduction in legacy code (plus, stakeholders loved it).
