From 10 years working in healthcare I have learned incredible amounts from those I have worked with, with a focus on personalising care and recognising the need for all care to be tailored and flexible. With personal experience within mental health and being a witness to the lack of support available for those who need it, I hold mental health services and the impact they make on lives close to my heart and take pride in being a part of these services provided. Ive also learned that for successful care, employees on the ground level need to be felt, heard and valued as this directly impacts on the care they are able to provide within the services.
