ABOUT CAITLYN SPRONG
I am a positive, dedicated, self-sufficient and upbeat young professional with eagerness to learn and grow as an individual. Originally raised in Cincinnati Ohio, I am an Ohio native with an educational background from Lakota Local Schools. I graduated Cum Laude from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education in May 2014. During my time as undergraduate, I was involved in Alpha Chi Omega serving on the executive board as, Chapter President and Vice President of Philanthropy. I also had the opportunity to serve on two boards: Chapter Relations and Standards Board and New Member Greek Council. Other experiences at Ball State University include working at Acts of Kindness (AOK) after school program and the Student Recreation Center. Through my teaching experiences I have learned I am especially skilled in developing creative and interactive lesson plans that accomplish educational goals and implements positive learning. I encourage my students to take control of their learning by providing a classroom environment that is facilitated with hands-on differentiated instruction to spark each child’s individual interests.
