Lead tactical management of business and financial planning within an assigned tumour area.• Collaborate with medical affairs leaders and team members to ensure accurate budgeting.• Provide contract and operations support, ensuring accurate recording of medical activities in AstraZeneca’s internal financial system.• Serve as the point-person for entering and managing all medical activities in the internal financial system.• Map actuals, monthly accruals, and monthly rephasing.• Develop and oversee High-Level/Detail-Level Operation plans.• Manage, co- ordinate, track and process all purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, SOWs and related documents according to policy and procedures Commercial and back up for medical operations. • Work with medical budget owners to identify spend trends and report to franchise leadership on risks and opportunities on a monthly basis• Drive relationship management with key vendors including leading the review of Vendor reconciliations to ensure completeness of expenses accruals, including hosting periodic vendor reviews of accounts• Proactively communication budget statues, variances and risks to relevant collaborators and address concerns as needed• Ensure adherence to compliance standards, policies, and procedures, while supporting quality and project assurance activities
