ABOUT CAITLYN GILES BONEKAMP

Caitlyn is a financial forensics professional and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Caitlyn works as a Supervisor, Forensic Accounting at Williams, Meaden & Moore where she specializes in business interruption loss quantification and investigations. Prior to starting at Williams, Meaden & Moore, Caitlyn worked at Intact Insurance and Ernst & Young. While at Intact, Caitlyn worked as an in house forensic accountant, specializing in business interruption loss quantification. While at EY Forensics, Caitlyn gained 3+ years of experience in fraud investigations, loss quantification, compliance & disputes. Throughout her EY career, Caitlyn also worked in external audit (Toronto Audit Group), with service lines such as Climate Change and Sustainability Consulting (CCaSS) and aided EY Global with a compliance project. While Caitlyn was a student, she worked as a Teaching Assistant in the University of Toronto’s Management Department and interned in Museum Management as part of her history minor. Caitlyn holds a Master of Management & Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration (High Distinction) from the University of Toronto. Outside of work, Caitlyn is passionate about creative writing, history and photography!
