As the Recruitment Coordinator, I manage various aspects of recruitment, while providing an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining effective communication with clients and teams. Key Responsibilities: • Candidate sourcing: Strategize with clients and Senior Executive Recruiter on the ideal talent profile. Utilize various recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels to identify and attract potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to shortlist qualified applicants. • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and Senior Executive Recruiter. Manage interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams, including interview setup, interview preparation, and debriefing. • Applicant Tracking: maintain accurate candidate information in applicant tracking system (ATS). Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and feedback to all parties. • Recruitment Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing job boards. • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and ensure they receive clear communication throughout the recruitment process. • Reporting and Metrics: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators, such as time-to-fill and interview-to-hire. Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with professionalism and integrity. • Business Development: Conduct market research to identify potential clients. Leverage multiple resources to generate information around companies and contacts within to develop a marketing call plan.
