I’m Caitlyn Borek, a Human Resources professional turned Risk Management leader with a passion for people development, organizational growth, and creating strong, well-supported teams.I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a concentration in Human Resources, followed by earning my SHRM‑CP certification. Early in my career, I gained foundational experience in Recruiting, Payroll, Onboarding, and Benefits, giving me a holistic understanding of the HR lifecycle.My career expanded into Risk Management, where I found the perfect balance between employee support and operational strategy.
