ABOUT CAITLIN TJANDRA

Both hardworking and self-motivated, I am currently the Merchandise Planner at Zimmermann. I am able to combine my interests of retail and fashion with my skills of analysis and strategy. Key tasks in this role include setting and managing OTB across RTW & Swim collections, Accessories and Footwear, forecasting yearly budgets and store tiering by season, sizing ratios based on like style performance, trading collections in-season to avoid missed sales opportunities, working with the WSSI and setting the markdown strategies. I also have experience managing two allocators and working to set replenishment plans and allocations by collection. I am a strong independent learner with excellent problem solving skills and a proficient understanding of team-oriented work, as well as an ambitious drive for improvement. I am a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from The University of Melbourne and an alumni of Trinity College, which allowed me to have a holistic tertiary education. This involved sitting on Trinity College\'s student council and a member of all-female A Cappella Group, The Candystripes. My further interests involve working on the business and strategy side of the creative realm, namely the performing arts and fashion industries. My skills include Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, SEO, Retail Allocation and Replenishment and Coding (R).
