Responsible for timely and accurately processing new hires and terminations, as well as the execution and communication related to onboarding and off-boarding activities. Accurate and timely processing of employee life cycle changes in HR information system to include, but not limited to, new hires, terminations, job changes, salary adjustments, benefit adjustments, employee data updates. Create and share reports as requested by Human Resources and the management team that provide insights to employee events and trends.
