I began as office manager, in charge of all administrative tasks ranging from lead intake, scheduling estimates, tracking sales, processing customer and vendor invoices to overseeing the hiring and onboarding of new employees. I have effectively implemented various new systems (ClockShark, Intouch GPS, Pipeline Deals, Smartsheets, etc.) which have contributed to All Covered Painting’s business growth. In my current role as business manager, I oversee all employees on a daily basis and ensure proper execution of all our projects. Additionally, I manage all the marketing, budgeting and overall financial aspects of business operations.
