About Caitlin Gath

I\'m a driven, goal-oriented marketer with extensive experience in multi-touch marketing, an expert in marketing operations, and committed diversity and inclusion partner.Believing that a company’s digital brand identity sets the tone for everything—communications, marketing assets, service offerings, and product development—I have spent the past nine years developing strategies to align people with products and services for optimum success. For nearly three years I worked in Consumer Marketing for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) managing enterprise digital campaigns for the email and online channels across five states. My ability to conceptualize, implement and successfully execute campaigns with internal and external partners resulted in increased enrollment rates for BCBSIL\'s Affordable Care Act.Previously, I spent close to five years at JLL, a global commercial real estate firm and Fortune 500 company. During my time at JLL, I helped facilitate the rollout of 700 employees to a new enterprise email marketing platform, while developing consistent brand guidelines for marketing automation campaigns. I also managed the content for over eight public websites in North and South America.In the evenings and on weekends, I\'m passionate about giving back to under-served communities, most recently as a volunteer for The Birthday Party Project on the south side of Chicago. When I\'m not volunteering, I\'m either obsessing over my two senior chihuahuas or stalking the British Royal Family on Instagram.
