ABOUT CAITLIN DORSEY

I have always believed that the most powerful solutions stem from a blend of scientific insight and strategic thinking. My journey began in healthcare research and implementation science, where I learned firsthand how evidence-based methods could drive real change. This foundation inspired my work consulting organizations and individuals leverage data-driven insights for sustainable growth.Throughout my career at Kaiser Permanente Washington, I had the privilege of leading the Washington Permanente Medical Group\'s Health Equity Administration team. There, I organized over 50 events designed to tackle pressing health equity issues while fostering collaboration among stakeholders. It was incredibly fulfilling to witness our collective efforts lead to meaningful conversations and actions aimed at improving community health outcomes. My role as a Research Specialist at Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute allowed me to dive deep into data analysis and explore health equity initiatives further. One of my proudest moments was spearheading research projects that resulted in actionable insights influencing policies affecting over individuals. This experience taught me the importance of translating complex data into practical solutions that can drive impactful change. Before these roles, I coordinated grant management projects at Indiana University Bloomington. Managing the NIMH R01 grant honed my skills in project execution and ensured compliance across all aspects of research administration. This valuable experience laid the groundwork for my future endeavors.Outside of work, I\'m passionate about community initiatives focused on health equity. Whether volunteering for local organizations or attending workshops on best practices in public health advocacy.
