About Caitlin Culp

I am a high-energy woman in ministry and nonprofit professional with a gift for facilitating connections, fostering community, providing spiritual/pastoral care, and building relationships. After 5 years in the nonprofit sector, I left my role to attend seminary full time. I am a final level Master of Divinity student at Union Presbyterian Seminary. As I continue to discern my call from God to ministry, I am excited about opportunities in congregational and church settings as well as chaplaincy opportunities. I believe that all people deserve to be loved, seen, heard, and affirmed and that as folks in ministry, we\'re called to ensure that spaces are safe, comfortable, and accessible. I believe in God who is relational and as God\'s people that we are called to be in relationship with each other; that we truly are better together. My professional life is defined by my attention to detail, cross-department and team collaboration, relationship-building with all parties, and my ability to curate and share information with various stakeholders in meaningful and impactful ways. Throughout my career I\'ve focused on spiritual care, engagement, relationship building, recruitment, cultivation, retention, and project management.
