With over two decades in the hospitality industry, I’ve built a career around connecting people, building brands, and turning big ideas into action. As the Senior Manager of Field Marketing for Premium Brands & New Hotel Openings at IHG, I get to do exactly that—supporting hotels through brand launches, strategic growth, and cross-functional collaboration that drives long-term success.I also founded Conclave Creative, a consulting brand born from my love of storytelling, marketing strategy, and helping brands find their voice. Whether leading multi-channel campaigns or jumping into a one-off audit or design project, my goal is always the same: help brands stand out by making smart things beautiful and beautiful things strategic.Outside of work, I coach and row with the New Orleans Rowing Club (and also row for Xavier University’s team), race sailboats, bake like it’s a sport, and tackle creative projects around the house.
