I’ve spent the last 15+ years working at the intersection of education, innovation, and professional learning—starting in the classroom and scaling impact ever since. From designing student-centered literacy instruction to leading districtwide AI integration and presenting on national stages, I’ve built a career on bridging what’s possible with what’s practical.As a former Assistant Principal turned Digital Learning Specialist, I’ve led everything from 1:1 device rollouts and LMS adoption to AI literacy pilots, coaching initiatives, and statewide PD conferences. I’ve trained thousands of educators, consulted with district leaders, authored a book on AI in education, and launched an AI summit to help school administrators future-proof their systems.My work spans instructional design, leadership development, edtech implementation, strategic communication, and systems-level change. Whether I\'m coaching a new teacher or advising a superintendent, my goal is always the same: amplify learning, empower people, and drive meaningful change.
