Lead the Enrollment and Retention Sampling programs, applying a risk-based strategy to review Creditor Insurance enrollments across the Bank’s Contact Centre and Branch networks, in addition to third-party Contact Centres (Teleperformance, Optima Communications) and Home Financing Advisors• Develop and improve regular Quarterly Enrollment Sampling reporting, identifying trends and possible concerns in the Creditor Insurance sales business• Lead meetings on a weekly cadence with Insurance Canada Customer Service, Quality Assurance and Remediation teams, providing insight, solutions and advice to rectify offside regulator matters and potential Sales Conduct observations • Support Senior Management in obtaining evidence in bank repositories for Litigation files, primarily thorough recorded call and customer documentation reviews • Maintain Key Risk Indicator metrics on a Monthly & Quarterly basis, providing key insights to senior management and reporting for external regulators • Ensure all Insurance Canada licenses are up to date, coordinating and communicating via email and telephone with BNS’ internal Legal & Compliance and with provincial regulators (Alberta Insurance Council, Insurance Council of Manitoba, Saskatchewan Insurance Council and the Financial Council of New Brunswick, amongst others) • Support Senior Management in various sales and regulatory initiatives such as product enhancements, Bill 64, and the onboarding of additional licensing regimes.
