Hello, my name is Caitlin Sivec and I am an HR professional in the live entertainment industry always seeking new opportunities to further my knowledge and experience. Highly organized and detail orientated, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage business functions while developing positive working relationships with all functional departments. Starting as a ticket taker at Blossom Music Center, I then developed skills in management and operations through work as the Operations Manager before moving into a role as a regional Human Resources Coordinator. I\'m excited to now be exploring different aspects of the company in my role as a Human Resources Generalist within Live Nation.
