I am a Human Resource Manager, who is continually developing through hands-on, real-world experience in a competitive, unionized environment. I am currently located in Grafton, MA working at Wyman-Gordon. I am responsible for the Grafton site and Mayville Die & Tool in Wisconsin. I am working to find the best ways to utilize a company’s most valuable resource, their people.My current skillset includes union contract negotiation, interpretation, and administration, full-cycle recruitment, performance management, workplace investigations, benefit and health insurance programs, training, employee engagement and more. I strive to continually learn, adapt and bring new perspective into every situation I encounter.
