   Chief Strategy Officer, helps develop, communicate, execute, and sustain strategic initiatives, including non-financial services, Social Performance Management (SPM), and technology. Her focus is to accelerate the balanced performance of the organization through the planning and execution of cohesive strategies. She is responsible for formalizing the organization\'s strategic planning processes and facilitating strategy development, translating it for people across functions and business units, and driving organizational change by forging new working relationships and synergies across the organization and establishing greater transparency and responsibility of those people who carry out the company\'s strategy. The CSO also leads all non-financial services within the organization, ensuring that programs are designed and executed in accordance with the organization\'s theory of change and to achieve the desired impact. Relatedly, the CSO leads the organization to achieve excellence in Social Performance Management, optimizing positive impact with clients. Finally, the CSO is responsible for the implementation and management of the organization\'s digital transformation.
