ABOUT CAITLIN SACRE

I am the Registered Manager of My Caring Ltd, a CQC registered provider delivering person centred care to adults with complex needs across Hull and surrounding areas. Our team supports individuals with complex health conditions, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health needs, providing tailored care within the community. Our person centred support includes 1:1 and 2:1 care, assistance for adults with physical disabilities or complex health conditions, behavioural support, support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. We are able to provide long shift patterns such as 8-12 hour day or night support, waking night support and 24 hour packages where required. We also support hospital discharges and individuals transitioning into community settings, working closely with health and social care professionals to ensure safe, consistent and high quality support. We welcome discussions with professionals seeking reliable support for complex community care packages.
