About Caitlin Raimo
I am a P3 in the Doctor of Pharmacy program at the University of Connecticut with a strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry. I am currently working as an undergraduate research assistant in The Bahal Research Lab while also being involved in organizations such as Alpha Zeta Omega and Industry Pharmacists Organization. I am seeking an internship in the pharmaceutical industry for the Summer of 2024. Although located in the Boston area I am willing to relocate. My current interest is in the clinical development functional area but I am open to any opportunity.

Collaborating with a graduate student to integrate the chemical biology of nucleic acid analogues and new polymeric delivery strategies to target genetic disease and various kinds of cancer- Working as one of the first PharmD students in Dr. Bahal\'s lab, showcasing personal initiative, self-motivation and a strong work ethic rooted in my passion for the pharmaceutical industry- Utilize a variety of laboratory techniques including but not limited to Thin-layer chromatography, Western blot, Gel electrophoresis, UV Spectrophotometry, and Lowry protein assay.
