I provide compassionate, hands on care for residents with a variety of needs, including physical disabilities and dementia. My main focus is on promoting each individual\'s dignity, independence and wellbeing through tailored day to day support.This includes helping with personal care, mobility, meals, emotional support and engaging residents in meaningful daily activities. I work closely with nurses, senior carers and families to ensure each care plan is followed with attention to detail and kindness. Since joining Bupa, I’ve completed training in safeguarding, medication awareness, infection prevention and manual handling. Every shift is different, and I take pride in being someone residents can trust and rely on for both support and company.
