About Caitlin McMahon

Hi! I\'m currently a Fulbright ETA that will be in Mongolia for the 20••••26 academic year. I will be teaching English and bolstering US-Mongolia relations during this time. I am also a New York University Shanghai alum, where I majored in Social Science with a focus on the International Relations track and minored in Chinese Language. I have a strong interest in U.S-Asia and U.S-Europe relations, world languages (Spanish, Mandarin, and Mongolian), and climate/energy research.In addition to my academics, I have gotten a wide range of experience, including at Breathe Mongolia, the Adams Morgan Partnership BID, and as a research assistant for the NYU Center for Social Media and Politics and Professor Ivan Rasmussen. I\'ve also taken many student government leadership roles at NYU Shanghai, including Assistant Director of Alumni and Fundraising for the Commencement Committee and Assistant Director of the Student Government Academic Affairs Committee. I was also selected as a UN Millennium Fellow for Fall 2023 to promote the UN SDG goals on campus.I am always open to connecting with like-minded individuals and collaborating to create positive social impact.
