I serve as a trusted legal partner to pre-construction, project management and operations teams — providing practical, business-oriented counsel from project inception through commercial operations.My work centers on drafting, negotiating, and managing a broad range of construction and procurement contracts, including owner contracts, EPC agreements, design agreements, and subcontracts. I also regularly advise on vendor and supply agreements, NDAs, lease and site-related agreements, and other project-related transactional matters.Beyond contract work, I support project teams on risk identification and mitigation, project administration, and pre-litigation matters, such as payment disputes, default notices and corrective action.I thrive in fast-paced environments where legal and business teams collaborate closely, and I take pride in finding practical solutions that move projects forward while protecting the company\'s interests.
