ABOUT CAITLIN KIM
I am a senior at the University of Maryland pursuing a degree in Public Relations within the College of Arts and Humanities, set to graduate in 2026. I’m passionate about strategic communication, digital media, and creative storytelling that builds authentic and engaging brand identities. I currently serve as the Director of Primary Recruitment and Assistant New Member Educator for Alpha Phi, where I lead recruitment strategy, oversee event planning, and help foster a positive and inclusive new-member experience. These roles have strengthened my skills in leadership, communication, team management, and community building. Beyond campus, I worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Capezio, supporting influencer partnerships, campaign development, and social media strategy for national product launches.
