I’m Caitlin—a program and operations specialist who loves making things run smoothly behind the scenes, whether it’s managing a high-stakes event, helping a team stay on track, or supporting executives to do their best work. My background is a bit of a mix—in the best way. I’ve worked across tech, healthcare, marketing, and nonprofit spaces, and I’ve found that no matter the industry, success comes down to clear communication, strong relationships, and systems that actually work. I’ve planned large-scale hybrid conferences, built out reporting dashboards, coordinated executive calendars and travel, supported alumni and mental health programs, and helped CEOs connect with audiences through speaking engagements and branding. I’m a big fan of solving messy problems, bringing calm to chaos, and finding ways to work smarter. Tools like Asana, Salesforce, PowerBI, and AgencyAnalytics are my jam—and I love using them to help teams collaborate, hit their goals, and stay organized.
