As a Senior Manager of Business Development, my role is deeply centered around donor stewardship and optimizing data and engagement strategies to maximize impact. I have led and overseen the migration of all donor data from Salesforce to DonorPerfect, integrating essential tools such as QuickBooks, Stripe, and Constant Contact to ensure data is tracked according to best practices. This migration has been key in improving the way we track, analyze, and leverage donor data for enhanced fundraising and stewardship efforts.My focus is on building meaningful, long-term relationships with our donors, ensuring that their support is acknowledged and nurtured at every stage of their journey. I’ve developed organizational strategies to engage and increase giving from Donor Advised Funds, while also creating tailored Donor Journey strategies for the organization’s various giving levels. These strategies ensure seamless, consistent messaging and stewardship. To further strengthen our approach, I established a comprehensive Donor Engagement Calendar, highlighting cross-team opportunities to engage with donors, fostering a holistic and integrated stewardship experience across the organization.
