My team has always been my main focus on my leadership journey and is ultimately how I built the career I have today. I am incredibly passionate about team development and helping people see their own potential. My focuses are creating a unique experience for both the customer and the employee. I believe that with an appreciated and happy team, anything is possible. When I’m not at work, my free time is devoted to my amazing children. My kids motivate me to be the best version of myself that I can be. I want to show them anything is possible.
