I didn’t take a straight path into HR — and honestly, I think that’s made me better at it.I spent four years in property management at Mark Taylor before finding my way into people operations, and every role along the way taught me something about showing up for others. Now at StrongMind, I get to do that every day as a Recruiting Coordinator — managing onboarding, supporting hiring managers, handling compliance, and being the person new hires can count on before they even walk in the door.Some things I’m proud of: helping lead our HRIS migration from UKG to Rippling, building out our employee referral program, and constantly looking for ways to make our processes a little better than I found them.I’m looking to grow into an HR Generalist or HRBP role where I can keep learning and keep making things better for the people around me.
