The infamous Dolly Parton said, “if you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours”. That being said, there are three key elements that matter most to me when it comes to the work place-Dependability •It is always my goal in the work place to be reliable, hard-working, and overall versatile. I have realized through my various opportunities that being flexible goes a long way and has allowed me to continue to grow and develop my skill sets. I never want to stop learning-Gratitude/Motivation •I put these two adjectives together because as a leader the ultimate goal, in addition to bettering one’s self should also be to help others rise. When a leader is cognizant of their fellow employees and thus works to encourage but also appreciate the work being done around them, it fosters a strong team environment that will likely be hard to rival-Joy •At the end of the day I want to make people smile. Bringing people sunshine makes me happy and fuels my drive to succeed. You would be hard-pressed to find someone more motivated, empathetic, and spirited.
