   I lead all things learning and culture! We\'re a lean, dynamic team - my six direct reports span four global offices and single-handedly make employees feel valued, welcome, and able to do their best work. We manage an extensive in-office food and beverage program that includes everything from catered lunch to beer to late-night eats. We make sure our spaces are functional, introducing mixed meeting spaces that allow employees to work alone, with their manager, or in larger groups across our office space! Our dynamic internal events are not-to-be-missed, from overnights during Summer Camp to affinity group events to rose on the Formlabs roof deck, and everything in between.I\'m also leading the charge to upskill all Formlings, starting with their day one onboarding. We make sure everyone gets the change to print on our incredible printers, and we support them all along their journey with training and resources. I work closely with Talent Strategy and People Analytics to understand organizational goals and gaps and then assess how we\'re doing when it comes to filling those gaps.Leveraging AI? Making time for lots of employee printing and experiences with our hardware? Enabling managers to support large, varied teams? Developing skills in critical early career hires? These are some of the awesome questions I\'m grappling with at work today!
