ABOUT CAITLIN DENISON

My career has been built at the intersection of safety, compliance, and patient care. I began as an OSHA inspector, where I developed a deep understanding of regulatory standards, workplace safety, and the real-world challenges businesses face in maintaining compliance. Conducting inspections across a variety of industries taught me how to evaluate systems objectively, identify risks before they become problems, and communicate solutions that drive meaningful improvement.That foundation led me into the dental field, where I became a licensed dental hygienist. Working chairside gave me an entirely new perspective on how privacy compliance and safety impacts patients. Patients in all healthcare sectors expect their providers to meet their obligations to protect their privacy and safety. Drawing on both experiences, I transitioned into private-sector consulting—helping healthcare practices strengthen their compliance programs in a way that’s both practical and sustainable. Today, I specialize in guiding healthcare entities through the compliance landscape, with a focus on HIPAA privacy compliance. My role involves a wide variety of compliance tasks from risk assessments, to staff training, and policy development. My approach is hands-on and focused on simplifying complex regulations so that practices can operate confidently and compliantly.
