Hello! My name is Caitlin Crow, I am an experienced public relations professional who is in search of a social media coordinator position in the Nashville area. My career began by practicing sales, promotions and social media management for the top two radio stations in Pensacola, Cat Country 98.7 and NewsRadio1620. As a music lover at heart, I immediately learned and adapted to the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of radio and I quickly fell in love. My experience with the station has given me the opportunity to learn and perfect the base skills needed to take on a wide-range of roles in the music industry and beyond. I have the ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-pace environment and that is what sets me apart. My hard work ethic, organization, and attention to detail are a few of my strongest assets that have helped me thrive in sales and promotions. I am experienced in the organization and execution of promotional events and concerts, social media management and content, as well as in-house promotions. As a natural leader, I let my creativity drive me yet I am also stimulated by a team effort. I strive to think outside the box in every situation, incorporating different strategies for solving problems and reaching goals. As a die hard optimist, I can see an upside to any situation and work to motivate my peers to do the same. I\'ve always had good instinct for knowing the needs of others. Having the ability to network and deliver the right resources to satisfy those market-specific stipulations is what challenged me to enter the world of public relations and broadcast media. I use my free time to perfect my craft of my other love, acting, as well as voice-over work. I also enjoy discovering new artists, writing, and catching up on what’s trending through the day on socials. My ultimate goal is to continue practicing public relations and social media management in the entertainment industry here in Nashville.
