Develop/design/manage overall channel distribution strategy for lead product, Skytrofa, and Ascendis second product TransCon PTH Manage RFP process and selection of all 3PL, specialty distribution and specialty pharmacy partners. Develop, negotiate, implement and manage contracts for distribution channel including 3PL, specialty distribution and specialty pharmacy partners, to ensure patients have seamless access to Skytrofa and TransCon PTH. Develop key performance indicators for all distribution partners. Leads the Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Strategy and Engagement team; developed Ascendis’ IDN payor and procurement contracting and engagement strategy in support of brand and sales objectives Collaborate with other pertinent departments to evaluate strategy post-launch, with particular emphasis on IDN specialty pharmacy expansion. Manage state licensing process for all applicable states. Develop Return Goods Policy. Conduct regular business reviews with internal and external partners. Participate in RFP process to select Hub partner and Data Aggregation partner. Collaborate with Director Patient Services to build premium patient services offering between Hub and specialty pharmacy partners. Accountable for developing and executing Ascendis’ strategic plans within, across, and among key Health System / IDN accounts and affiliated stakeholders (e.g, IDN service providers, employee health plans, and data aggregators). In close collaboration with key internal stakeholders from across the organization, established robust IDN partnership strategies to support portfolio- and/or brand-level objectives, as well as lead the development and execution of account-specific engagement plans.
