About Caitlin Attinger
Helping others has been a consistent theme throughout my career journey. From early days in college joining the on campus medical staff to my time as a Matchmaker (aka my foray into executive search), my career has evolved around that central theme. As an executive recruiter and recruiting operations leader, I partner with VC and PE firms to help executives and founders across tech and healthcare identify talent strategies that lead to finding and developing key leaders and establishing the best hiring practices. My expertise recruiting leaders combined with my operational experience gives me an understanding of how the pieces fit together, enabling me to recommend the best talent and approach for each size and stage of a company’s evolution. Connecting companies with amazing talent and helping to level up their recruiting operations is something I am super passionate about. I also love leveraging the experiences I’ve had building search related operational efficiencies from scratch to partner with firms on evaluating and improving their current processes, from identifying and closing operational gaps, creating training and professional development programs, and one-on-one mentorship for search professionals.
