ABOUT CAITLIN MULHOLLAND
Hi! I’m Caitlin, a highly motivated data analyst and current Computer Information Systems student at Cal Poly Pomona, specializing in Business Intelligence. My interest in data first began at Golden West College, where I honed my database skills as an Administrative Clerk for the Admissions and Records Department. Seeing the paths of the students I worked with, in combination with my own journey through higher education, fostered in me a deep passion for ensuring that student needs in higher education are being met. In my current Data Analyst Assistant role with Cal Poly Pomona Associated Students, Inc, I\'ve gained valuable experience in organizational assessment using a variety of tools, such as Excel, Tableau, Dedoose, and Qualtrics, and taking projects from start to finish with data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and reporting. I have a lot of pride for my school, Cal Poly Pomona. I\'m a strong advocate for mentorship, and I aspire to give the same caliber of mentorship I have received back to the next generation of students.
