As a PM 4 I documented and combined existing governance processes for division specific PMOs into a uniform standard to support the launch of an Enterprise PMO. I took on more high-visibility, high impact, time-sensitive projects to support integration efforts for acquired businesses. Including but not limited to SOX compliance, uniform Customer Service Management, and implementation of virtual business operations. In the process I was nominated for and accepted into She-Suite: Brand Leadership Institute, a women in leadership development program.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
