As the VP of Strategy and Operations at Sunbit, I lead an amazing team dedicated to making the impossible happen every day. From shaping the strategic product vision for our credit card to revolutionizing our servicing and collections organization, I thrive on challenges and big wins.My journey started in sales before diving into marketing and eventually finding my calling in business strategy and operations. At LendingClub, I owned the GTM strategy for all marketplace products and the consumer-facing messaging strategy for Hardship and Collections in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, significantly improving the repayment rate. While at FiveStars and Simply Hired, I had a blast pioneering new pricing models and sales strategies.Outside of work, I\'m back in the San Francisco Bay Area with my family after a few years on the East Coast. Whether we’re chasing after our toddler son or taking our two rescue pups on neighborhood strolls, every day is an adventure—and I’m soaking it all in.Beyond the hustle and bustle, I\'m deeply committed to mentoring young women in business, especially those navigating industries where they are underrepresented.
