   A member of the Leadership Team and leader of a team of seven employees who are responsible for growth and engagement in our digital marketing channels as well as our graphic design team. Manage priorities and projects for the Marketing team that align with overall business goals and objectives cross-functionally. Build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and community partners to help grow market share in the sticker and label industry and encourage customer loyalty. Expand and enhance the email marketing program through the use of advanced automation, strategic segmentation and improvements to our technical capabilities (including CDP implementation and ESP migration). This is done by collaborating on projects from concept to launch (and beyond!) related to data cleanliness, list growth and customer retention.Revenue contribution to the business from the email marketing channel grew from 1-2% to 10%+ in my first year.
