Post graduating on Data Science and Big Data, I’ve been working at automotive field for 18 years, which 10 are as Mechanical Engineer. My initial experience at Volkswagen was as an Apprentice, since there, I have worked in several different areas, Production, Quality, and Engineering. I have excellent communication, teamwork, and analytics skills. Always able to be solving problems. As Tolerance Manager my main tasks are: • Analyze how good are the gaps and flushness according to specifications; • Indicate which are the main contributor to the deviations; • Propose solutions to change the concepts and/or tolerances. Working with 3DCS (Dassault) for 3D Analysis and Python with statistics libraries for 1D Analysis. I do weekly meetings in English and German with partners in Germany and Spain. As Body-in-White Engineer I am platform and hut expert, always chasing the following targets: • Weight reduction; • Cost reduction; • Global and local stiffness increase; • Crash test results improvements; • Stamping Feasibility.
