That decision became a decade of building, scaling, and fixing things that weren\'t supposed to work.I\'ve always believed the fastest way to grow is to stay humble enough to learn from anyone, honest enough to give and receive hard feedback, and competitive enough to never settle for \"good enough.\"- 2015: My partners Saulo and Mayrink cold-reached Neil Patel and started building a relationship. I asked to join them - even if it meant working for free. Together we co-founded NP Digital Brazil, which was actually Neil\'s first agency. We scaled Brazil from zero to 8 figures ARR in 6 years- 2019: At 26, Neil moved me to the US to take over NPAccel, his SMB agency, which was losing money. Turned it profitable in year one. 4x revenue in 3 years with 75% gross margins. Grew the team from 40 to 17•••21: Promoted to Global COO (#2 in the company). Forbes Under 30 Brazil at 28- 2022: Led NP Digital\'s expansion into 20 countries.
