I am deeply passionate about innovation and value creation to solve real-world problems. As a generalist with a wide range of interests, I see my main mission as building bridges: between engineering teams and customers, between technical capabilities and business goals, between different stakeholders and business units with diverse perspectives.I was born in Brazil and have lived in the United States since 2017. Coming from an engineering background (and still a geek for AI/ML, quantum computing, among other topics), I ended up in technical sales and bid management for several years, getting to know all facets of the business and experiencing a large number of complex projects in multiple countries, until I found my calling in Product Leadership & Innovation Management- Currently heading the Product Management function with a team of Product Owners and Solutions Architect. Leading product roadmap alignment, business vision, and guiding execution of new features and new products, for one of the most innovative portfolios in the industry- After contributing to innovation management in a couple of different companies and studying the topic in-depth, I\'m now leading the strategic initiative to build a company-wide innovation system from scratch: define strategy and processes, set up IT tools, run campaigns, and form an engaged network of champions across all product lines- I used to lead bids with cross-continental matrix teams counting with 30+ members, winning projects up to US$160M. When put in charge of rebuilding and managing the Sales & Bids team for South America, I took the order intake from almost zero to US$60M (half of the continent\'s sales) in less than one year- I have been building AI-based tools to help automate and optimize business processes since 2017 (before everybody was talking about AI), with significant results in time savings, accuracy, and adoption
