Company was awarded best Tea House in Sao Paulo in 2015.• Led company-wide operations, including supplier sourcing, import management, and recruiting/training of 25+ team members.• Designed and implemented the vision for Cha Ye\'s concept store in Sao Paulo\'s most elite district. Increasing revenue growth by 3 times and elevating consumers\' awareness of the brand.• Led online strategy that delivered consistent 20% annual net sales growth between 2014 and 2017.• Represented Brazil twice, upon invitation by the Chinese government, to be a speaker at the Hong Kong International Tea Fair.
