Caine leads Experian\'s UK data acquisition strategy for the their income & employment business. The problem - Significant life events like buying a home, renting a property, financing a car or securing a new job require information that has typically been stored in inaccessible systems that require manual intervention to extract and then process the data. These processes are at increased risk of fraud, are time consuming, ineffective, and add friction to a consumers journey. Work Report was created, a live network of HR, Payroll and Benefits platforms connect via APIs to allow the sharing of employment and income data in real-time- A focus on financial well-being by giving lenders the most accurate view of a potential customer\'s employment and income, helping to increase responsible lending- Empowering PAYE employees to leverage their data- Allowing lenders to quickly and securely gain an accurate and reliable picture of income/employment, reducing the chances of information being fraudulent/doctored - Helping to save payroll operatives time by reducing requests for manually extracted data Experian was first to market in the UK with a verification solution with Work Report, and over the last 18 months has contracted the data of over 77% of the UK PAYE employee population.
